- Experience in line management of project staff for shelter management.
- Proven experience in project implementation, particularly with donor proposals.
- Understanding of compliance and adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
- Capability to coordinate and manage project activities and documentation.
- Demonstrated skills in capacity building of project staff.
Contract
This is a Professional contract, Grade 7 (NRC) contract. More about Professional contract, Grade 7 (NRC) contracts.
- Line management of Shelter project staff
- Responsible for the implementation of strategic plans and the management of day-to-day project activities including delegated budget portfolio
- Compliance and adherence to NRC policies, tools, manuals and guidelines, including the ones for Shelter.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of shelter projects (project activities and documentation) in accordance with donor proposals, strategies and requirements in the Northern districts of Cabo Delgado.
- Ensure capacity building for project staff and transfer key skills.
