Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Social Science, Public Health, Humanities or other related field

· Clear understanding of gender, human rights, and issues surrounding violence against women and girls

- 3-5 years professional experience in counseling, psychosocial interventions, or clinical care - Previous experience leading program implementation that involves and is centered around women girls

· Knowledge, skills, and experience in participatory methods of community development and mobilization

- Experience facilitating trainings and workshops on responding to and working with women and girls

· Familiar with emergency contexts and issues or working with non-profit organizations

- Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting - Strong ability to organize and prioritize, meet deadlines, maintain composure, work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail Fluency in both Somali and English required
