Lead and manage IRC’s emergency health programming for effective response.

You have:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in emergency public health programming, including outbreak response in low-resource and crisis settings.
Master’s degree in public health, global health, health service management or equivalent is required.
Demonstrated expertise in humanitarian emergency health, nutrition and WASH assessments, strategy development, program design, operational planning, proposal development, implementation, and monitoring.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and supervise teams; Ability to provide technical assistance and transfer knowledge and skills, either through formal/informal training, on the job coaching and mentoring, adapting to needs and level.
Fluency in English required; and working knowledge of at least one additional language, French, Spanish or Arabic, desirable.
Outstanding capacity to understand country and emergency contexts.
Demonstrated success in working with donors, partners, and media, at global and field level.
Highly organized, with excellent skills in prioritization and multi-tasking. Proven project management experience.
