Overview
Support digital health initiatives focused on asset management and campaign digitization in Nigeria and Eswatini.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field with at least seven years of relevant professional experience in digital health, technology project management, or health system strengthening.
- Proven experience managing digital health implementations, including system deployment, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management in low- or middle-income country contexts.
- Strong experience working with product roadmaps, operational work plans, and risk mitigation strategies, ideally in coordination with external technology partners and government agencies.
- Hands-on experience with Helpdesk support, system downtime troubleshooting, M&E support, and user training support in the context of digital health deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare project updates, leadership briefs, and donor-facing status reports.
- Exceptional strategic development skills, able to identify and pursue high-impact strategies in complex, uncertain and evolving environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing situations and stakeholder needs.
