Overview
Lead IT initiatives and enhance system security.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in systems administration and security engineering.
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server (2012 and 2019), Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Exchange 2019 in both virtual and physical environments.
- Expertise in Office365 administration, including user account management, security configurations, and compliance settings.
- Strong background in network security and server hardening practices, with a focus on firewall management, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and encryption protocols.
- Hands-on experience in the selection, implementation, and management of ERP systems, preferably in a global or multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools for managing and securing IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with IT security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS controls and compliance requirements.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, especially in identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a small, high-performing team.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) are preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to managing system security and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving IT security challenges.
- Ability to create and maintain technical process documentation accurately and efficiently.
