Overview
Lead and manage the effective implementation of the agricultural research project.
You have:
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme de BAC+4 au moins en Agronomie, ou Foresterie
- Expérience professionnelle dans la conduite de projet de recherche agronomique et de vulgarisation agricole d'au moins 2 ans
- Avoir une ou plusieurs expertise(s) clés dans les domaines du développement (Gestion des ressources naturelles, Agroécologie, Climat, Biodiversité, RNA, chaîne de valeur agricole…) serait un plus
- Une expérience de travail avec une ONG internationale sera un atout
- Bonnes compétences en planification, rapportage, suivi et évaluation
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels du pack Office notamment Word ; Excel et Power point, SIG
- Expérience solide dans la gestion des partenariats (opérationnels et institutionnels)
- Habileté à communiquer et à développer de bonnes relations avec les communautés, les services techniques de l'État, les ONG et associations
- Une très grande autonomie, une capacité d'organisation dans le travail et esprit d'équipe
