The incumbent major activities includes: **A. Resource Mobilization, General Administration, and Finance** - Provide leadership and vision for fundraising plans and development of related results-based project proposals for the overall implementation of the four-year Strategic Plan; this will include core funding, ear-marked funding as well as in-kind contributions for the Secretariat of the TTF to carry out its work. - Oversee the development of partner specific implementation reporting and establish tracking mechanisms so these are delivered on time with the aim to leverage such documents to inspire donor confidence and renewed contributions, promoting best practices that show TTF impact to partners and donors. - Actively manage implementation and budget reporting across all accounts under the management of the TTF Secretariat, briefing the Chief of Section regularly on status and potential issues. - Establish the overall implementation planning and monitoring related to expenditure, fundraising, partnership strategy for specific flagship projects funded under FIT modalities: the TTF Policy Dialogue Forum, the Global Report on Teachers, and the TTF Knowledge. - Lead and provide vision for partnerships and mobilizing financial resources from non-traditional donors and the private sector members of the Global Education Coalition (GEC) for the benefit of the Global Teacher Campus (GTC), and when appropriate, UNESCO Education Sector thematic programming by ensuring the Organization’s visibility to external partners; this shall include contributing internal and external expertise to navigate interests and opportunities to the most appropriate internal division, team and/or field office and contributing expertise on non-traditional or private sector partners to project teams. **B. Member Engagement and Project Management** - Lead on outreach to existing and new TTF members to increase overall member engagement and build synergies with existing international and regional organizations and initiatives working on teachers and teaching issues and monitor member engagement performance indicators. - Organize the overall project planning, expenditure, procurement, deadline setting and reporting for the hybrid-related organisation of the TTF Policy Dialogue Forum, including leading the processes for vendor selection in coordination with UNESCO central services, ensuring a smooth and engaged user experience for members connected virtually. - Oversee the relationship management of the Global Education Coalition membership portfolio, including establishment and reinforcement of professional linkages with potential, new, and existing partners; this shall include the development of an enhanced partnership strategy with the aim to innovate the approach to partnerships and expand the membership of the Global Education Coalition, Global Teacher Campus and the services members can provide. - Coordinate the results-based implementation of programmes, including the Global Teacher Campus Ukraine programme, establishing KPIs, sound “go-to-market” strategies, deadlines and reporting with a priority on achieving and providing visibility for tangible impact at the national, regional and global levels. - Supervise the consultants and implementing partners mobilized for programme implementation and ensure “swim lanes” are clear among actors for effective and efficient coordination. **C.
