Result of Service . Successful co-ordination between the project team and senior management. . Delivering documents and reports for the project team. . Maintaining project plans for on time delivery. . Reporting and PMO co-ordination.

Work Location Bangkok

Expected duration Initially from 01 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 (6 months) with possibility of extension subject to performance and availability of funds.

Monthly payment is 6,000 USD will be paid at end of each month.

Duties and Responsibilities · Strategise structured schedules and road-maps for planning the project goals, assess resources available and resource required, identify potential risk and manage budget constraints · Monitor plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise to ensure on-time completion of commitments to Business · Coordinate communication with IT teams and business for better information sharing and to be at par on understanding the project goals · Monitor and manage SDLC · Manage detailed project progress reports · Monitor documentations for project activities and also establish standardized documents to be used by teams · Monitor project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and leadership · Track activities against the detailed project plans · Mentoring team members · Monitor historical information on projects to refer for future projects · Advise on internally balancing projects and communication priorities · Lead in process improvement initiatives

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Required Skills: The candidate should be familiar with project management tools and methodologies. Academic Qualifications: Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in computer science, IT or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Experience: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressively reasonable experience in Project Management. Language: Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Additional Information Knowledge of the United Nations Common System is desirable.
