You have:
- Graduate degree in International Development/Studies, Emergency Management, or other relevant field.
- 10 years of professional experience leading complex multi-sectoral humanitarian programming.
- Previous experience in an emergency or conflict-afflicted setting is required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic.
