Support the development and optimization of MIS for effective program management.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), database administration, or software development.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, .NET Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end development.
- Demonstrated experience in DHIS2 implementation, API integrations, and system interoperability.
- Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Prior experience within a Tuberculosis (TB) program or similar public health setting, with a firm understanding of key TB indicators and their use in program monitoring.
- Ability to interpret data trends to provide actionable insights that support TB program decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Experience collaborating with technical health staff to ensure the MIS captures data that accurately reflects program performance and meets all reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of and adherence to strict data confidentiality and security protocols specific to sensitive patient-level health information.
