Overview
Lead data validation activities and support capacity building.
You have:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with knowledge and experience in DHIS2, Microsoft Excel and large data sets. Working knowledge of Power BI preferable.
- Proven 3-year experience in data validation or data management, preferably in the context of public health programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Sub-Recipients and convey feedback.
- Proven ability to identify and address data-related challenges, proposing effective solutions to enhance data quality.
- Experience in team management, capacity building, training, and supervision of team members.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
