Provide technical guidance and oversee program development for TB programs.
You have:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale public health programs, preferably TB or MNCH-related.
- Proven experience in both program implementation and program development (donor engagement, proposal writing, and strategic planning).
- Strong familiarity with major donors (Global Fund, USAID, FCDO, EC, ECHO, etc.) and private sector partnerships.
- Knowledge of international humanitarian and development standards (e.g., CHS, Sphere, IASC).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Urdu is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
