Overview
Support program operations and financial functions for innovative diagnostics.
You have:
- At least 7 years of experience in grant and financial management, non-profit is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in managing donor-funded projects
- Strong command of financial systems, budgeting tools, and compliance requirements for international grants
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience working in medical diagnostics in LMICs (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Public Health or other related disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organization skills
- Ability to be effective in high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced, limited-structure, multicultural environment
- A high level of diplomacy and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and external partners
- Ability to develop and coordinate the production of high-quality reports, presentations and Excel tools across multiple teams
- Familiarity with global health issues
- Flexibility to travel within the US and internationally (up to 25% of time)
