Overview
Lead and manage public health programs focused on tuberculosis control and prevention.
You have:
- Medical degree (MBBS) and/or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years' Experience in Public Health with 05 Years experience in managerial role in managing public health programs, preferably in TB control or similar health domains and in managing teams.
- Experience of working with an international organization is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale public health programs, including outreach and community engagement.
- Proven ability to provide strategic direction and technical oversight.
- Strong knowledge of TB control strategies and experience in developing technical and operational documents is a plus.
- Experience in implementing and scaling digital or technology-based health systems.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address data quality challenges effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging implementing partners and government stakeholders.
- Experience in financial management of large-scale health projects.
