Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The position of Senior Partnerships Specialist is assigned to the Strategic Partnerships Division (SPSP) within the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department (SPD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

You will report to the Director, SPSP and will oversee Junior team members.

Your Role

As a Senior Partnerships Specialist, you will help deliver ADB's strategic partnership management activities with government counterparts and other relevant stakeholders, including non-regional members of ADB such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and regional members such as the Republic of Korea, and fellow multilateral development banks and international fora like the G20. You will play a central role in the Strategic Partnerships Team by demonstrating sound political economy skills, mapping the shareholder authorizing environment related to development finance and trends, and building and maintaining relationships with diverse internal and external actors. You will help prepare briefing materials for senior management, using your judgment of political contexts in capitals, and understanding of global development issues.
