Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Ombuds Programs Officer is assigned to the Office of the Ombudsperson. You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the Ombudsperson and will oversee administrative staff.
Your Role
As a Senior Ombuds Programs Officer, you will help provide ombuds services to all members of the ADB community and support the prevention and resolution of workplace concerns following the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the International Ombuds Association. You will assist with the curriculum development and implementation of specialized training, awareness raising, and educational program informed by the office's compiled data and its analysis of problematic trends and patterns of areas of concern. Lastly, you will provide support to the outreach, reporting functions, and strategic planning for the Office of the Ombudsperson.
