The Opportunity The Senior Officer – Reporting and Documentation position will be responsible to develop and roll out framework for knowledge management for the project. S/he will need to demonstrate technical and practical knowledge on documentation and knowledge management and will be leading to provide technical support to the implementing partner to capture learnings from the field. S/he will also lead the process of capturing evidence and develop different knowledge materials and reports based on the project interventions. This position will lead IEC material development under the project in collaboration with implementing partners. S/he will also work closely with government bodies, stakeholders and CSOs under advocacy and campaign. S/he will be responsible to keep all the project related documents, records and data ready to deliver and also lead coordination with NGOAB.

Qualifications and experience • At least 4 years of experience on community resilience programme in an NGO or INGO. • Experience of working with implementing partners and government stakeholders is essential. Experience of community and youth engagement in resilience components is required. Experience with SC resilience programme will be preferred. • Ability to capture and document best practices and lesson learnt from program and share and report accordingly. • Capacity to support development the concept notes, infographic and policy briefs • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with national government counterparts and local government bodies. • Ensure the capacity building activities of implementing partners for effective documentation and knowledge management sessions. • Support to facilitate meetings/trainings/seminars/workshops for project. • The potential candidate should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh climate change in urban context, community engagement tools, and resilience programme context of Bangladesh. • Excellent skills in program planning, coordinating, representing, partnership management and staff management. • Willingness and ability to adapt to emergency response situations and collaborate with incoming teams in case of natural disasters or urgent humanitarian needs. • Fluency in written and verbal English to ensure clear and effective communication within the organization and with external partners. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage reports, documentation, and program data effectively. • Masters Degree in Development Studies, Journalism, Disaster Management, Climate Change English or relevant discipline.
