Overview
Lead impactful cash and voucher assistance delivery in Cox’s Bazar and Southern Bangladesh.
You have:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing cash and voucher assistance (CVA) programs.
- Proven experience working with Financial Service Providers (FSPs).
- Solid background in e-money transfer programming including multipurpose cash assistance.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessments and market analyses.
- Strong understanding of cash-related needs of vulnerable populations in host communities.
- Experience in engaging government bodies and community leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams.
- Proven experience in partner coordination and management.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal Bangla and English.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Agricultural Science, Economics, Development Studies, or a related social science field.
