Coordinate nutrition activities and strengthen team capacities in the South-East.

You have:

  • Have a diploma in community health, public health, or nutrition
  • At least 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing community health and nutrition projects with national or international NGOs
  • Good knowledge of the Haitian health system
  • Good understanding of SBC approaches addressing social norms and individual behaviors
  • Capability in capacity building and experience in effective adult education approaches
  • Very good experience in community screening techniques with MUAC and data collection tools (ONA, CommCare)
  • Mastery of standard software tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good finance, administration, and information management skills
  • Previous good collaboration with state entities (UAS and UCS health departments)
  • Ability to manage personnel, especially in emergency or conflict situations
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in challenging and unstable security environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Creole and French
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical reports
  • Be a resident or have solid experience working in program implementation areas, and able to operate a motorcycle
  • Good experience in community training and establishing community mechanisms
