Coordinate nutrition activities and strengthen team capacities in the South-East.
You have:
- Have a diploma in community health, public health, or nutrition
- At least 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing community health and nutrition projects with national or international NGOs
- Good knowledge of the Haitian health system
- Good understanding of SBC approaches addressing social norms and individual behaviors
- Capability in capacity building and experience in effective adult education approaches
- Very good experience in community screening techniques with MUAC and data collection tools (ONA, CommCare)
- Mastery of standard software tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good finance, administration, and information management skills
- Previous good collaboration with state entities (UAS and UCS health departments)
- Ability to manage personnel, especially in emergency or conflict situations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in challenging and unstable security environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Creole and French
- Ability to produce high-quality technical reports
- Be a resident or have solid experience working in program implementation areas, and able to operate a motorcycle
- Good experience in community training and establishing community mechanisms
