Major Responsibilities:

- Develop and update the project MEL plan in coordination with evaluators. - Develop data collection tools and set up the project’s internal data management system (ETO), delivering data quality assurance. - Coordinate collection of client feedback. - Train staff and subgrantee on program outcomes and indicators, data collection, and reporting. - Coordinate data collection and reporting tracking progress against the project’s objectives and deliverables. - Report results and review data quality in project implementation, meetings with IRC and subgrantee staff and facilitating actionable planning based on data. - Submit timely quarterly and annual reports. - Conduct progress meetings and document lessons learned. - Collaborate with CRCL evaluators to provide input into the CRCL evaluation of the program. - Work across programs to strengthen MEL planning, data quality, analysis, and use for other programs as requested.

Job Requirements:

Education: A university degree in a relevant field (preferably in social sciences, data science, or a related field)—a technical degree and additional relevant work experience may substitute for education.

Work Experience:

- A Minimum of three years of working experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning related functions, preferably for programs for refugee or displaced populations. - Experience with data management systems, M&E planning, data quality assurance, analysis, and reporting. Experience planning and leading mixed-method program evaluations.

Demonstrated Skills & Competencies:

- Strong foundational M&E knowledge and skills, including the ability to support the design of evaluable projects, develop quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. - Leadership experience with M&E planning, system set-up, maintenance, and oversight from inception to close-out. - Experience collecting and compiling accurate, timely data from staff and partners. - Promote data quality and data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in Social Solutions’ ETO platform is highly desired. - Demonstrated dedication to applying a gender, equality, diversity, and inclusion lens to monitoring, evaluating, and instructing. - Demonstrated experience with MEL capacity building/training. - A strong understanding of principles and processes involved in data collection from linguistically diverse refugee, immigrant, and migrant (RIM) populations. - Shown experience with donor reporting and data visualization. - Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to prioritize and handle time effectively. - Fluent in spoken and written English; Multilingual proficiency in the language(s) spoken by the client group is desired. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use the internet and other digital tools for data entry, research, and problem-solving.

Working Environment:

- A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above-outlined responsibilities. - May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
