Overview
Support the COO's Office by developing structured problem-solving approaches and initiatives.
You have:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking, etc); Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate remotely with team members spread across geographies
- Ability to independently operate in an unstructured but demanding multicultural environment
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and rapidly absorb/synthesize a broad range of information
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Prior experience with initiatives to improve internal organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Experience living and working in low-resource settings
