Support implementation of cash grants and capacity building activities for war-affected communities.

You have:

University degree in economics, public/business administration, or other related field.
At least 5 years of overall working experience, at least 2 years of work experience within an international humanitarian/development organization.
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English required.
Knowledge of resilience, early recovery and livelihoods interventions in Ukrainian context.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
Good communication, presentation and reporting skills.
Experience of working with IDPs and conflict-affected populations.
Practical understanding of the needs of IDPs and vulnerable population to engage in livelihoods activities.
Small business/micro-finance/budget management qualification will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Sphere standards and other trainings in humanitarian response preferred.
