Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Senior IT Officer (Digital Solutions) is assigned to the Office of the Director within the Information Technology Department. ITD enables ADB’s digital agenda and supports the Bank’s global operations. The department delivers digital innovation, IT infrastructure, services and solutions, and provides tools and knowledge platforms. You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff.
Your position title upon appointment is Senior IT Officer (Digital Solutions).
Your Role As a Senior IT Officer (Product Delivery COE Lead), you will direct the operations of the Product Delivery Center of Excellence (PDC) to help the department enable and maintain sustainable and consistent product delivery through strategy formulation, end-to-end support of Agile principles and frameworks, standards, methodologies, practices and tools, knowledge management, reporting, continuous improvement, process and change management, and innovation. You will lead the PDC team.
