Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Senior IT Officer (Digital Solutions) is assigned to the Office of the Director General of the Information Technology Department (ITD) of ADB. ITD enables ADB’s digital agenda and supports the Bank’s global operations. The department delivers digital innovation, IT infrastructure, services and solutions, and provides tools and knowledge platforms.

You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines and will report to the designated International Staff.

Your Role As a Senior IT Officer (Digital Solutions), you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of automation initiatives, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, change management, and maintenance. This role involves managing the roadmap and backlog to support the development of automation solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform. The incumbent will work closely with project managers, technical team members, including managed services providers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of product features.
