Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior IT Officer (Project Change Management) is assigned to the Office of the Director General of the Information Technology Department (ITD) of ADB. ITD enables ADB's digital agenda and supports the Bank's global operations. The department delivers digital innovation, IT infrastructure, services and solutions, and provides tools and knowledge platforms.
You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines and will report to the designated International Staff. You will lead and supervise a team of change managers, trainers and other specialists in support of a portfolio of digital products.
Your position title upon appointment is Senior IT Officer (Project Change Management).
Your Role
The IT Department, in partnership with business stakeholders, introduces digital technology innovations that pose significant change to ADB's systems and processes. A coordinated and structured approach to managing these changes is needed. As a Senior IT Officer (Project Change Management), you will be responsible for digital product-enabled business change in ADB, focusing on the planning and execution of the change program for digital product initiatives and enhancements.
You will focus on carrying out business change management activities to ensure the adoption and effective use of the new or enhanced digital products and digital transformation initiatives. You will design and execute change plans, including plans for sponsor support, coaching, communications, learning, resistance management, reinforcing and sustaining change, adoption measurement, and rewards and recognition.

ADB offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary will be based on ADB's standards and comparator markets, taking into account your qualifications and experience.
Additional Information
ADB will be rolling-out a new job grading structure on 1 January 2025, which may result in a change of the position grade and title with no change in the terms of reference. By proceeding with your application, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such changes resulting from the new job grading structure.
This position is funded by a temporary funding source (e.g., a trust fund, financing facility, or capital expenditure budget) and therefore, the renewal of the appointment and its duration are subject to the availability of the funding source.
This is a fixed term appointment with option to renew for an initial period of three (3) years following Section 3.1 (b) of Administrative Order No. 2.01 ("Recruitment and Appointment'). This appointment is not convertible to a regular appointment. At the end of the initial period, this appointment may be renewed for a period of up to three years, or not renewed. There is no limit on the number of renewals. This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
