Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Investment Specialist is assigned to the Infrastructure Finance 1 Division (PSIF1) within the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines and may be assigned in one of ADB's Resident Missions.
You will report to Director, PSIF1, and will oversee National Staff and Administrative Staff.
Your Role
As a Senior Investment Specialist, you will lead the origination, development, structuring, due diligence, approval, negotiations and implementation of private sector infrastructure financing projects in South, Central and West Asia, contribute to the development of policy and strategies of country programs, monitor the development impact of the projects and ensure key issues are considered and proper risk management principles are applied.

ADB will be rolling-out a new job grading structure on 1 January 2025, which may result in a change of the position grade and title with no change in the terms of reference.
