Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Investment Specialist is assigned to the Agribusiness Investment Team (AIT) within the Office of the Director General (OPSD) of the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to Deputy Director General, PSOD and will oversee national / administrative staff and consultants.
Your Role As a Senior Investment Specialist, you will lead in the identification, screening, due diligence, structuring, obtaining of approvals, negotiation, implementation and closing of successful direct debt financing and equity investments and technical assistance programs in food and agribusiness companies across ADB’s developing member countries (DMCs).

Additional Information
This position is offered to meet the temporary need of the Agribusiness Investment Unit, Office of the Director General (OPSD) of the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD), as the previous occupant is currently on Special Leave without Pay (SLWOP). The Office of the Director General (OPSD) of the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) may allow its staff to assume their former position upon return from SLWOP and upon expiration of your fixed term appointment.
