Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Investment Officer is assigned in the Agribusiness Investment Team (AIT) under the Office of the Director General within the Private Sector Operations Department. You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff and may oversee Administrative Staff.
Your Role
As a Senior Investment Officer, you will provide technical support in the screening, due diligence, structuring, obtaining of approvals, negotiation, implementation and closing of successful direct debt financing, guarantees, equity investments, and technical assistance programs in food and agribusiness companies across ADB’s developing member countries (DMCs).
