You have:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance. CPA, MBA, CFA, CMA preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in accounting, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with international NGOs or other similar organizations is desirable.
- Experience in grants management is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting specifically Sunsystems/ PMQA / OLAP reporting and Power BI.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, management reporting, financial planning and budgeting.
- Good communication and influence skills, both written and oral forms.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- High level of computer literacy and knowledge in spreadsheets, word processing and accounting software.
- Some level of travel expected.

Key Responsibilities:
This position is a management team member of the Resource Development. The scope will also provide SME role in providing capacity building to finance and works with various teams in Resource Development to determine present financial and operational standing as well as recommend necessary financial controls to manage financial resources. Prepares budget proposals for critical local and international PNS/grants and provides analysis report in the financial planning and budgeting process for resource development teams. It also covers support to the Resource Development Finance Manager and RD finance team in achieving annual targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively carries out performance commitments that are supportive of the goals and objectives of the department and the organization.
- Ensures timely and high quality reporting and analyses for financial and operational results of Resource Development in order to support implementation of programs and for management planning and decision-making.
- Analyze data monthly, quarterly and annually and have consistent reporting that other team can receive for example a Power BI or Powerpoint report every month with performance.
- Prepares budget proposals for critical both local and international PNS/grants in collaboration with IRAM. NRD RD and project design team.
- Facilitates financial planning process and budget consolidation for resource development teams.
- Provides trend analysis report from financial information related to the income and cost, seeking ways to improve accuracy of budgets and forecasts, and to decrease the cost of assigned team. Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. market growth, pricing changes).
- Lead analysis of financial performance and return on investment reporting necessary for optimization of fundraising investment.
- Provides support to Finance Manager in achieving departmental annual targets and objectives.
Qualifications
