Overview
Lead strategic finance and budgeting, optimize resource allocation.
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA or MA in Accounting or Finance highly desirable.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Finance with increasing responsibility and complexity, including financial accounting, financial analysis, financial planning roles that require substantial cross-departmental collaboration.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis for large (> $500m) complex and preferably international in non-profit or private sector organizations.
- Experience with Financial databases and web-based reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, etc.
- Experience with Financial Planning systems (utilization and implementation), e.g., Oracle Hyperion, MS D365, SAP, etc.
- Experience in managing, coaching and building teams, both directly and indirectly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
