Lead and support execution of market shaping strategies for health products.

You have:

15+ years of progressive experience in the life sciences sector including pharmaceutical and diagnostic products companies and/or related experience
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership and supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, evaluate, and develop staff.
In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and diagnostic company business models, specifically in the emerging markets
Exceptional product and policy negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve large scale impact
Exceptional strategic development skills with the ability to identify and pursue high-impact strategies in complex, uncertain and evolving environments
Exceptional analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and communication (written and oral) skills
Proven ability to manage the global health political ecosystem
Experience managing high performing teams and mentoring team members.
Ability to travel in CHAI’s regions of operation, and work across multiple time zones, as necessary.
