Overview
Lead digital health transformation efforts in Burkina Faso.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, health sciences, public policy or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 4 years' working experience with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership in management consulting, business analysis, technical project management, product management, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in planning, designing and implementing technology-based solutions across the full software delivery lifecycle with stakeholders and users.
- Knowledge of common health information management systems and digital global goods (e.g., DHIS2, OpenLMIS, OpenSRP, CommCare).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability and experience communicating effectively with people of varied professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Experience living or working in resource-limited contexts.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, credibility, and dedication to CHAI’s mission.
- High levels of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the year.
- Speak and write fluently in both French and English.
