Lead programs for Type 1 Diabetes care and improve health outcomes in India.

You have:

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree (required) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2-3 years in public health program implementation
  • Demonstrated experience working with or supporting government health programs at the national or state level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform program decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi preferred
  • Track record of leading teams or workstreams; comfort with leading without direct authority
  • Postgraduate specialisation in Endocrinology, Pediatrics, or Public Health (MD/DNB/MPH) preferred
  • Prior experience with international NGOs or multilateral organisations (e.g., WHO, UNICEF, UNDP)
  • Experience with NCD or child health programs specifically
