Overview
Provide strategic and analytical support to the Tuberculosis program leadership at WJCF.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field with minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience managing teams strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to absorb, synthesize, and analyze technical and non-technical information, and produce clear reports.
- High technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with advanced analytical tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Understanding of India’s healthcare landscape is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and beyond the program geography in India.
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
