Overview

Provide strategic and analytical support to the Tuberculosis program leadership at WJCF.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience for those with Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years for those with Master’s degree.
  • Prior experience managing teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to absorb, synthesize, and analyze technical and non-technical information, and produce clear, compelling reports and presentations.
  • High technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with advanced analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Understanding of India’s healthcare landscape strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with government stakeholders and familiarity with the Indian public health system is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within and beyond the program geography in India.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with limited oversight.
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse and multi-cultural stakeholder groups.
