Overview
Support Global Operations team in designing and implementing operational solutions.
You have:
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in public health, business, public administration, international affairs, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in global operations or programming, nonprofit management, or program coordination within a complex, international setting
- Proven experience managing operational and/or programming implementation processes across multiple countries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with planning large-scale global meetings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Familiarity with operational challenges in low- and middle-income countries
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A strong, demonstrated commitment to CHAI’s mission and values
- Knowledge of French or other languages spoken in CHAI program countries is an advantage
