Overview
Lead digital health transformation and improve supply chain visibility.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, data systems, data science, information technology, or related field and Master's degree in similar or related fields.
- At least 6 years leading digital transformation projects, preferably in health supply chains, within the context of international and local context.
- Proven track record of ERP/SAP system implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain digital solutions (procurement, inventory, distribution, last mile visibility, dashboards).
- Experience in Sub Saharan Africa is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and systems thinking skills with capacity to see the big picture and ability to make sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and management skills, including time management and project management.
- Strong quantitative, presentation and writing skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong work ethic, humility, and integrity.
