Overview

Support AQBE research deliverables and assessments.

You have:

3-4 years of needs assessment tool development and support, including digitization and use of Kobo.
USAID-specific assessment experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, master's degree is preferable in data management and data sciences.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in Pashto and Dari.
Willing to travel and conduct partner visits.

Job Description

- Support MERL Director for AQBE research deliverables, including: 1) Rapid Education Risk Analysis (RERA); 2) Household Assessments; and 3) Transition Assessments, in coordination with the IRC Airbel Research team; - Support for identified national assessment consultants to oversee the development and delivery of AQBE research deliverables. - Training support for assessment enumerators, as required, in coordination with national assessment consultants (qualitative and quantitative); - Support for IRB processes for AQBE assessment deliverables. - Ensuring follow up for all Airbel assessment requests in country. - Any other duties related to the job assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
