You have:
- 5-7 years of experience in program or project design, implementation, financial management, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in development, economic development, social science, management, or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - fluency in English required.
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office or similar database, email and Internet, Virtual Meetings on Skype, Zoom, MS Teams.
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with national and international staff and a passion for capacity building & organisational development.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sector Program Manager – Livelihoods will oversee the implementation of some of the WVSI livelihoods sector program. The Sector Portfolio Manager will work closely with Operations Manager, his/her respective sector project coordinators and the provincial area coordinators. This is to ensure that the projects are implemented according to the projects’ logical frameworks, detailed implementation plans, activity work plans and budgets, as well as according to best practices within the sector. The Sector Portfolio Manager will assist and provide advice in the design of any new projects related to his/her areas of responsibility, staff capacity building and will also represent World Vision at government and stakeholder meetings related to the projects they are responsible for. S/he will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that s/he is on track with regards to the direction of program and delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience in program or project design, implementation, financial management, monitoring, evaluation and report writing, required.
- Previous experience working in the respective sector
- Experience in report writing
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
- Bachelor’s degree in development, economic development, social science, management, or project Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - fluency in English required.
- Thorough knowledge of respective sector
- Relational skills, especially in a cross-cultural environment
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
- Program-related financial planning and management skills
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure.
- Knowledge of report writing
- Demonstrated ability to work well with national and international staff and a passion for capacity building & organisational development.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office or similar database, email and Internet, Virtual Meetings on Skype, Zoom, MS Teams.
