Overview
Conduct interviews with host and migrant communities in a culturally appropriate manner.
You have:
- At least High School Degree with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in field data collection, surveys or assessments is desired.
- Prior experience working with migrants, refugees, or displaced populations is a strong advantage.
- Experience using digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK) is desirable.
- Fluency in Turkish and any other language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact respectfully with people from different backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic field conditions.
Contract
