Reporting to a Budget Officer, the Safety Health & Education (SHE) Finance Coordinator will support the SHE unit.

Major Responsibilities

- Processes remote client payments from request initiation to disbursement within the ERP system. - Ensures due diligence is performed on client payments and these are carried out within budget constraints. - Prepares non-DA vouchers for submission to account payable ensuring correct coding and addressing any questions. - Serve as one of HSPRS’ (and other assigned department’s) dedicated purchase requisition (PR) creators. - Provides Monthly RIM BvA’s for the field with commentary - Assist HSPRS Budget Officer and Program Directors with budget development, including template development/consolidation and field budget upload. - In coordination with PQI Operations Coordinator, assist SHE team with subaward preparation, review and payments - Other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director, Budget Officer and Deputy Director Budgets & Planning

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus. - 2-3+ years of experience in managing budgets and spending in refugee resettlement field; demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the US resettlement program. - Advanced computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and all MS Office applications; experience with cloud-based planning tools, PowerBi and ERP systems is desirable. - Excellent written and oral communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners. - Multi-cultural sensitivity and ability to work as a member of a team. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, effectively manage time, and meet deadlines; exceptional attention to detail. - The ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment; aptitude for ongoing learning and adjusting to frequent changes in processes.

Working Environment:

Standard office work environment, and eligible for remote work

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
