The course on Using Spatial Data for Biodiversity is developed by NASA ARSET and the United Nations Development Programme, and supported by the UNBL partners. It provides a training on NASA satellites and sensors, the newly released UN Biodiversity Lab (UNBL) version 2.0, several NASA-supported projects generating new data on forests, and country case studies.

The online volunteer will be introduced to the work of the Learning for Nature team at UNDP.
Application is open for all nationalities. Candidates should have a native-level knowledge of Russian. Fluency in English is required. Professional experience in translation will be considered an advantage.
