You have:
- Diplôme Bac+4/5 en finance, comptabilité, économie, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans à un poste de responsabilité financière similaire, de préférence dans un contexte humanitaire ou de développement.
- Très bonne connaissance des procédures financières et contractuelles de bailleurs institutionnels.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion financière basés sur l'ERP.
- Expérience avérée en management d’équipe, incluant la supervision directe et le développement professionnel du personnel.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, planification et hiérarchisation des priorités.
- Fortes compétences analytiques, orientation solution, gestion de la pression et sens de la diplomatie.
- Excellente capacité de rédaction et de communication en Français et en Anglais.
