Research into enterprise liability and the applicability of a multi-entity approach to Economics, Social and Culture Rights. 2. Restrictions of participation in decisions that negatively affect a rights-holder. 3. Examples of the integration of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights into Transitional Justice efforts.
