Volunteer One: 1. Review the following two short study reports (approximately 350+ respondents) including data tabulation and analysis, and enhance data/chart arrangement, and quality of the narrative and overall report: a. Beneficiary satisfaction on COVID -19 socio-economic impact follow-up study - 24 pages front cover to back cover; roughly 75% space occupied by charts; and b. Satisfaction Survey on UNRWA Services during COVID -19 lockdown – 12 pages front cover to back cover; roughly 75% space occupied by charts. 2. Prepare two sets of presentation slides for the above two using MS PowerPoint and Infographics.

Volunteer Two: 3. One-time survey for program implementation: solid waste collection, disposal and environment – 18 pages from cover to back cover; roughly 75% space occupied by charts 4. Prepare presentation two set of slides using MS PowerPoint and Infographics.

1. Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field with specialization in research and analysis.
2. Five years of practical experience in applied research and data management in social development or humanitarian response.
3. Strong statistical, analytical, and data modeling skills.
4. Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.
5. Data manipulation skill to make it easier to read or more structured large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
6. Ability to write the narrative in ‘story-telling’ format.
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
8. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
