Support project and program assessments across all World Vision Area Programs.

You have:

  • A minimum of Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Early Childhood Development, Education, Social Science, Health & Nutrition, Gender & Development, Community Development, Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation or related fields.
  • Practical experience in using mobile data collection platforms using a SMART phone or tablet.
  • Must own a SMART phone (Android 8 and above, operating on 2 GB RAM).
  • Fluency in Chichewa and English.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Mature with a good sense of judgement, trusted and familiar with the districts of operations indicated.
  • Self-starter and ability to work in hard-to-reach areas.
  • Honest, sober-minded and team player.

Key Responsibilities:

The purpose of the position is to support project and program assessments in the 2026 Financial Year across all World Vision Area Programs in the country.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data at household level.
  • Check completed work for accuracy.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications, Experiences and Personal Attributes

  • A minimum of Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in either, Statistics, Early Childhood Development, Education, Social Science, Health & Nutrition, Gender & Development, Community Development, Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation and any other related fields from a recognized college or university.

  • Practical experience in using mobile data collection platforms using a SMART phone or tablet.

  • Must own a SMART phone (Android 8 and above, operating on 2 GB RAM).
  • Honest sober-minded and team player
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Chichewa and English
