Drafting about 60-page report highlighting and summarizing the research articles related to academic experts, NGOs and best practices in governments. Three areas of work: 1. Research into enterprise liability and the applicability of a multi-entity approach to Economics, Social and Culture Rights. 2. Restrictions of participation in decisions that negatively affect a rights-holder. 3. Examples of the integration of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights into Transitional Justice efforts.

Ongoing work of the Development and Economic and Social Rights Branch and to increase the knowledge of the academic related work.
