Le bureau doit chaque année communiquer sur ses actions dans le cadre de sa mission. C'est ainsi que le rapport annuel est préparé et distribué aux partenaires, à la société civile, aux communautés bénéficiaires.
Le volontaire aura pour tâches de réviser le texte du rapport, organiser les différents chapitres pour avoir un texte cohérents et facile à lire.
