You have:

Job Description

· Welcome and greet all patients and visitors at the clinic

· Register new clients and updating existing client demographics

· Facilitate patient flow and reducing bottlenecks, support screening and triage

· Respond to patient inquiries

· Support affective triage by alter

· Protects client confidentiality by ensuring health information is secured and not leaving the computer unattended

· Responsible for the overall data management and record keeping at the health facility

· Report on weekly basis the updated registration to the Health information Officer and Health Manager

· Receive and convey messages

· Fill in daily statistics (registrations, admissions) and submits to doctor

· Enter required health information from patient files into data system, from initial entry into the clinic and clinical notes.

· Collaborate closely with medical doctors and other health providers

- Demonstrated experience and high attention to details - Excellent organization skills: the ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment, displaying patience, compassion and diplomacy.

- Ability to be innovative, flexible, and adaptive.

· Ability to live in challenging conditions and ability to work under difficult, high pressure situations.

- Fluency in English, Pashto/Dari
