- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline

Primary Purpose of Job
Develop and implement long-term, sustainable strategies to mobilize financial and non-financial resources from corporates, national and international institutions, trusts, and organizations to achieve regional targets and objectives.
Key Deliverables:
- Collaboratively develop and implement a CSR strategy for RM – Institutions
- Identify and build alliances with like-minded corporate partners
- Engage corporates in sustainable, measurable community transformation programs
- Continuously prospect and submit high-quality proposals to corporates
- Proactively build new partnerships with corporates across Pan India
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Support:
- Proactively contribute to developing, implementing, and tracking long-term fundraising strategies (cash, GIK, and other resources) from corporates, major donors, and key accounts
- Build and strengthen partnerships with corporates across sectors through CSR funding, co-branding, payroll giving, and other engagement models
- Drive lead generation by pitching to new companies with innovative proposals integrating fundraising and awareness initiatives
Fundraising and Business Development:
- Stay updated on CSR trends and design corporate affinity programs, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives to expand resource mobilization
- Build networks through active participation in forums (AIMA, MMA, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM) and maintain a robust corporate donor database
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, represent WV to donors, ensure follow-ups, and plan fundraising events
Client Servicing:
- Manage relationships with new corporate partners through their initial engagement phase (up to 12 months)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partners in internal systems and databases
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance against targets and cost-income ratios
Role Requirement
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of sustainable and transformational development practices
- Familiarity with WV development frameworks, sectoral and cross-cutting themes
- Understanding of Christian principles, demonstrated through personal faith expression
Skills
- Strong understanding of CSR concepts with the ability to apply them across diverse contexts
- Excellent influencing and communication skills to engage and align stakeholders
- Project management and sales capabilities to drive partnerships and outcomes
- Ability to analyze data and report impact using metrics and insights
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR programs and project management
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships, and corporate engagement environments
Other (practical requirements such as licences, passport etc)
- Strong networking capability with corporates, PSUs, and industry bodies
- Active or potential membership with forums such as CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM
- Ability to represent the organization effectively in external forums and engagements
Compensation : 8 to 9.6 LPA
